Student Participation in the Internal Accreditation Process

Dear Students,
At our university, the quality of our degree programs is a top priority, and you have the opportunity to get directly involved in various ways.

Become part of an internal evaluation committee, evaluate the quality of our university’s degree programs, and help shape the overall direction we want to take with our degree programs.

Help shape an interdisciplinary and cross-group dialogue on the quality of higher education!

Your tasks: As part of a team, you will review and evaluate degree programs. Typically, you will evaluate a total of 3–8 degree programs. You will review documents, conduct a hearing with the evaluation commission at the respective faculty, and subsequently draft a joint evaluation report. We will, of course, provide you with the necessary information and guidelines for these tasks.

When?
You'll get started right away! After a brief training session on your specific tasks, you'll begin your actual work in just a few weeks.

2. Expense Reimbursement: Your time is valuable! For your participation in a central evaluation committee, you will receive a reimbursement of up to 250 euros for each cluster in which you participate from start to finish.

What do I need to bring?
Commitment to and enthusiasm for a critical and constructive examination of degree program concepts and the discussion thereof.
A minimum B2 language proficiency level in German: The language of the proceedings is German; hearings and report writing are conducted in German.
