FARHAD NAJAZ-ZADA
Farhad Najaf-zada is a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Göttingen, where he has served as a Research Associate at our chair since September 2026. His research interests focus on the role of artificial intelligence in work and organisations, particularly agentic AI as a member of human teams, and new forms of work. Before joining the University of Göttingen, he gained research experience at the University of Gothenburg as well as professional experience in human resource management, learning and development, and recruitment.
