General Information on the Talks
The degree programme assessment meetings in the summer semester of 2026 will focus on issues relating to the didactic approach of the degree programmes. Closely related sub-criteria will also be discussed.The general theme this time will be the Qualifikationsziele des Studiengangs, in other words the learning outcomes or competencies—disciplinary, methodological, and personal—that a degree in our program is supposed to help you obtain. The format will be open: I’ll ask some general questions to get the discussion going, then you’ll have a chance to share what you think about what you learn in the classroom and whether or not that learning prepares you for a job and for participation in civil society. You’ll have a chance to evaluate your professional training as a scholar as well as the communication and cooperation skills taught in our various courses of study. Other possible themes are internationalization, digital competency, diversity, sustainability, as well as factors impacting the completion of your degrees, such as test requirements and feedback on your own work in the classroom.
