WSG citation style for Citavi

For students of the Bachelor and Master programmes at the Institute of Economic and Social History, we provide you with a Citavi 6 citation style according to the rules & tips, which can be used for seminar papers, final papers and project work, for example.

Information:

  • The Institute of Economic and Social History does not guarantee the correctness of the citation style.
  • The correct functioning of the citation style depends largely on the proper maintenance of the data by the students in Citavi 6. Please check the correctness yourself.



Importing the style into Citavi 6
To import the citation style into Citavi 6, please follow the steps below:

  • Download the css file. (Link to download)
  • Save the css file on your PC in your user profile in the Citavi 6 file folder under Custom Citation Styles.
  • Start Citavi and select the style provided under Citation Styles on the Citation tab.



  • Use the citation style in Word: Select the appropriate style in the Citavi tab under Citation Style.
