Planned: Lucom forms (Intranet/eCampus) – Declaration of Consent from 1 October 2026 and Nomination Form from 18 October 2026.
However, the intention is to allow the old submission method to continue in parallel.
Please keep an eye on the information on this page or in the election notice (26 October 2026).
For the submission of election proposals the election proposal forms (Excel format) (currently version 09/2026) and declarations of consent (Word format) (currently version 10/2023) provided by the election management must be used.
Digital submission
The election proposal can only be submitted digitally. For this purpose, the completed election proposal form (without signature) and the declaration(s) of consent for this election proposal must be received by the election management (in particular ralf.buhre@zvw.uni-goettingen.de) until dd.mm.2026, 15:00:00 Uhr by e-mail(s). The digital submission must identify the submitting person of trust; in particular, the use of one's own work or student email account (without functional mailboxes) is sufficient for this purpose.

If you cannot use the MS Excel format, please use the OpenOffice program and open the file in Excel format. After completing the election proposal, please save the file in Excel format.
